“Hualing Tbilisi Sea New City”, located in Tbilisi, near Tbilisi Sea is the largest project of Hualing Group in Georgia. The project area occupies 420 hectares of land. The estimated completion time is ten years.

The project is focused on the economic and urban development of the district. It consists of residential area – “Tbilisi Sea Residence” and commercial area – “Tbilisi Sea Plaza”. The residential space offers apartment and villa complexes, recreational zones etc. The commercial space includes itself International trade and logistics center, which will turn into the largest center in Caucasus region, customs warehouse. Also the project includes already functional 5 star Hotel “Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi”, fitness center, restaurants and other facilities, such as: high school, college, library, Exhibition Hall, cinema, police station, firefighting, administration, post office, hospital, clinics, gymnasium, etc.

The first stage of project has been completed in the first half year of 2015; for this period, the total investment amount was 181million USD. In 2015, Group completed the development of the area of 350 000sq.m, including Youth Olympic Village for 3800 sportsmen.

Hualing Tbilisi Sea Residence

Tbilisi Sea Residence is situated in one of the most ecologically clean, healthy and safe area in the city, but still very convenient location and easy connection with the city center.

Tbilisi Sea Residence, with its fully repaired flats, has newly constructed infrastructure, roads, underground and over ground communications, and high class complex service. Hualing Tbilisi Sea Plaza is the very ambitious project of Hualing Group. This 5 floor building with the total area of 110 000 sqm, represents the biggest shopping center in Caucasus, operating since September, 2017.

The project has a strategic location in the capital of Georgia, and is well connected to Tbilisi international Airport and railway station, close to the city center. Total construction area of wholesale and retail trade complex is 300,000 sq.m. Tbilisi Sea Plaza is also represented by chain of pavilions, where various business entities from different countries carry out their business operations.

Located in Hualing. Tbilisi Sea New City and designed in a modern European style, a 5 star Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi, has 246 suites and stands out with the largest conference hall in Georgia (800 m2) and spacious guest rooms.

In 2012, Hualing Group acquired a controlling interest in commercial bank of Georgia – BasisBank

The total equity capital growth of 109 million USD added BasisBank stability, higher service quality, and greater financial opportunities. By financial indicators, BasisBank is now one of the fastest-growing financial institutions in on the Georgian banking market. Since 2012, BasisBank have added more 8 branches of the bank.

BasisBank has been operating on the Georgian banking market since 1993. It is a universal bank institution offering full bank services to individuals and companies.

Hualing Industrial Processing

Hualing Group contributes significantly to development of Georgian wood industry. In 2009 company obtained 20 years license for annually 88000 cubic meters wood processing right. At present, annual deforestation is 30 000 cubic meters and it’s much less than allowable volume of deforestation.

Hualing group is the biggest investor in Georgian wood industry. Our Company has consolidated wood recycling system, including wood cutting, processing and furniture manufacturing in Hualing Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone, from where it is exported to various countries. Furniture factory occupies an area of 20,000 sqm and it also has the furniture exhibition hall is of 2500 sqm.

Timber is also exported from Hualing Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone. 95% is exported to Central Asia, Egypt, Iran, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates, whereas only 5% is sold to domestic market. Furthermore, surplus timber will be exported to Turkey, Armenia and China.

In 2012 „Hualing Group“ has purchased in Georgia 20 years license on extraction of construction and finishing stone, with the right of extraction of 2 400 000 m³ of raw materials. The type of material is marbled limestone. Full processing line of natural stone is already in operation in Hualing Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone.
